We have to continuously maintain the following:

• Facilities
• Equipment
• Furniture
• Software

We have a full time facility manager who ensures that the facilities are well maintained. All electrical equipment such as Air conditioners, Generators, Water Coolers, and furniture et cetera is covered under proper maintenance contracts. These are serviced regularly. The facility manager carries mobile phones and is available 24 hours a day in case of an emergency.

There is a full time hardware and networking engineer who takes care of the hardware and networking in the company. We have standard vendors and a list of approved equipment that we can buy. This equipment list has been created from experience in terms of what has given us dependable service. The engineer is fully trained to deal with any hardware and networking problem. For unusual problems/upgrades we have a standard vendor who provides us this service and is again available 24 hours a day.

Software support is provided by our sister company, Mindmill Software Limited. Technical people from Mindmill Software Limited carry mobile phones and are available 24 hours a day, should a rare need arise.
