We strive to get the best operators available in the market and then provide them an environment where we can retain them for a long time.
Entry Operators are hired after an interview followed by a technical test consisting of:
- His/Her ability to read written English words and sentences.
- Their speed at typing
- Their error rate during speed typing
Verification Operators must have worked in the company for at least 100 working days excluding holidays/leave. In addition:
- Their audit accuracy rate must be more than 99.7% on a daily basis for the last 25 days that he/she has worked in the company straight before they can be made a verification operator. The verification operator selection sheet must be filled out and signed by the location head before he/she is assigned as the verification operator.
- Their accuracy level is checked at regular intervals. They must maintain 99.7% accuracy for the last 25 days they have worked in the company
