Each location has a location head at each location that is responsible for everything that happens at that location. Under him are the “Project Manager”, “Overall Quality Supervisor” and the “Overall Quantity Supervisors”.

For each group of entry operators there is a Quality and a Quantity Supervisor.

In addition, a separate QC group has several auditors who audit at least 5% of randomly picked data of all work of each operator. If there are minor problems, the operators are given feedback and consequently their work is always improving. If there are major problems, the entire work of the operator is trashed and redone.

All work is recorded and a daily report is submitted to the CEO of the company for effective checks and controls.
